The Kidney Stone Center of the Rocky Mountains has been serving Denver and the Colorado Front Range since 1986. With 60 referring and a staff of 27 treating urologists, the Kidney Stone Center of the Rocky Mountains is one of the few kidney stone facilities in the United States with multiple machine technologies. We are able to tailor your treatment by matching your therapy to the best equipment available, giving you the greatest opportunity for success.

As far as we know we are the only kidney stone facility in the United States that employs a second opinion requirement. This program guarantees your case is reviewed by at least two or more urologists ensuring the quality of your care is most appropriate. Even with our high standards of review we can treat appropriate cases within 48 hours and occasionally treat in as little as 12 hours.

Since our inception we have helped in excess of 20,000 patients while treating over 30,000 kidney stones.

Our center has worked in cooperation with the University of Colorado urology residents program during this time and has trained over 30 physicians in the art of lithotripsy. During our tenure we have been engaged in constant research and have contributed to the current medical literature and have helped improve the quality of care for all patients.
